- Communications: Messages sent to other users through the Platform's chat feature
- Support requests: Any information you share when contacting our support or compliance team

- Device information (browser type, operating system, device type)

Your profile information, signals, and company listings are visible to other registered users of the Platform as part of the core networking functionality. This is the primary purpose of the Platform.
3.2 Service Providers and Vendors

- Cloud infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS) — servers, storage, and data processing
- Email delivery: Transactional email providers for notifications and OTP delivery
- SMS providers: For mobile verification and notifications

- Payment processors: When paid plans are introduced, payment gateway providers will process billing information

- Deletion of your account does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid
