Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all fee-based services, subscriptions, and paid plans offered by Propelx Bytenet Private Limited ("Inkqubee", "we", "us", or "our") through the Inkqubee Platform.

The Platform is currently free during its customer acquisition phase. However, paid subscription plans will be introduced in the future. This policy applies to all such paid services and to any fees that may be charged now or in the future.

By making any payment to Inkqubee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy in its entirety.

1. No Refund Policy

Inkqubee operates a strict no-refund policy. All payments made to Inkqubee for any subscription plan, feature, credit, or service are final and non-refundable, regardless of:

Whether you used the service or not after payment
Whether you were satisfied with the Platform or its features
Whether a technical issue or outage occurred during your subscription period
Whether you changed your mind or no longer wish to use the Platform
Whether you found the Platform did not meet your expectations or requirements
Whether you were unable to complete your registration or profile setup
Whether another user failed to respond to or accept your connection request
Whether any connection facilitated through the Platform resulted in a loss or unsuccessful outcome

2. No Prorated Refunds

If you cancel your subscription at any time during an active subscription period, you will continue to have access to the Platform until the end of the billing period. No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for unused days, weeks, or months remaining in your subscription.

3. Account Termination — No Refund

If your account is suspended or permanently terminated by Inkqubee for violation of our Terms of Service — including but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, prohibited conduct, or misuse of the Platform — you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid, regardless of how recently the payment was made.

Examples of conduct that may result in termination without refund include:

Creating fake or misleading company listings or investor profiles
Using bots, scripts, or automated tools on the Platform
Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users
Providing false credentials, fabricated financial information, or misrepresenting your identity
Attempting to solicit investments in unregistered or fraudulent schemes
Any activity that violates applicable Indian law

4. Platform is Not Responsible for Outcomes

Inkqubee is a connection platform only. It does not guarantee any particular outcome from your use of the Platform, including:

Successful fundraising or investment
Successful hiring or placement
Successful partnership or co-founder matching
Any financial return or business outcome

The inability to achieve any of these outcomes is not grounds for a refund.

5. Platform Downtime and Technical Issues

While we endeavour to maintain high availability, Inkqubee does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Temporary downtime, technical issues, or maintenance periods do not entitle you to a refund or service credit, except where mandated by applicable law.

6. Future Paid Plans — What to Expect

When paid plans are introduced, full pricing, feature details, and billing terms will be published on the Platform before they take effect. We strongly advise you to:

Review the plan details carefully before subscribing
Understand exactly what is and is not included in the plan
Ask any questions before paying — contact us at compliance@inkqubee.com
Only proceed with payment if you are fully comfortable with the terms

Once payment is made, this no-refund policy applies in full.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

By making a payment to Inkqubee, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at compliance@inkqubee.com and giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested and may result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at K R Puram, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
